Meal prep Sunday! I'm only prepping a single protein today featuring free range, grass fed and grass finished Water Buffalo raised locally in BC! Whenever there's a single protein in a meal, I try to use different cuts of meat. Today, I'm using chuck roast, cheek, and ground water buffalo.

Prepping everything in one day can be daunting. I found that it's much easier to prep meats and organs on separate days.

How do you meal prep? Would appreciate any tips!

Today marks 3 years without you. 💔💔💔

To those who don't know, Shannon was my baby daughter, Justine's biological sister, and CEO of Dobieman. Shannon had heart disease and then heart failure followed. While her condition remained stable, a sudden heart attack took her away from us.

We miss you everyday Shan! Love you always and forever ❤️❤️❤️

Because they are so small, anchovies don't accumulate toxins and they are choke full of Omega 3s which aid in reducing inflammation. Mussels contain manganese which is often deficient in most diets.
