The lovely folks down at the Craft Council of Newfoundland and Labrador have restocked their shelves with a great holiday selection of our products. I know we had a few disappointed customers this past weekend when we sold out of flavoured sugars, so head down that way and stock up!

Now that weve had a day to recover, we’re sending out a big “Thanks” to all the wonderful staff and organizers at the Anna Templeton Centre for an amazing weekend they put off. The Christmas Tea and Sale was a huge hit and the vibe was perfect!

We have 40 craft vendors on 3 floors of our historic building, live tattooing, plus Open Studio shopping on the 4th floor with CharlotteStreet fashion. More people should be aware of radon. It is the leading cause of lung cancer in non smokers!

The Town of Conception Bay South, in partnership with Take Action on Radon, is again offering free radon test kits to CBS residents, with registration starting Thursday, November 20 at 10:30 a.m.

Residents can register online for one of 200 test kits, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
