🎄 Holiday Notice 🎄

Just a heads up to all my amazing clients — I’ll be taking some time off for the Christmas holidays.

After today I will be taking a couple weeks off to spend some time with my family and will reopen January 7th🥰

During this time, any and all messages will be answered once I return in the new year.

I truly want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for another wonderful and successful year. I’m so grateful for each and every one of you and your pups 🐶💕

It’s that time of year again, the Christmas crazies 🤣❤️
Please read below carefully

⭐️⭐️ POLICIES: ⭐️⭐️

🎄Be ON TIME for your appointments. If you’re running late just send me a quick message and let me know.

🎄 15 minutes late or later, will be rescheduled. I strategically have my days scheduled so one late client can push back my whole day.

🎄REMINDERS: It is the Clients responsibility to remember your appointments. Sadly there’s just not enough hours in the day for me to be reminding everyone. Keep an eye to your texts and emails for your reminders🤍

🎄CANCELLATIONS or RESCHEDULING with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% fee of booked service.
( More than 24 hours will have no fee )

🎄NO SHOWS. 100% of booked service.
- I can be very forgiving and lenient on charging the fee, so no shows will be charged upon my discretion.
- You will be contacted at the end of my work day if you no showed and we will discuss the fee.

🎄LATE PICK UP FEE: please be prompt with pickup when you receive notice that your pet is ready. Having a dog here for longer periods of time after they are finished, not only take up kennel space for my other dogs but can also be stressful on them. Any later than 30 mins after you receive notice your pet is ready will result in a late pick up fee.
