Hi everyone.
I just wanted to pop on and let everyone know that both my son and myself have been super sick the last week and a half. Which is why I haven’t been in the shop or responding to messages. I promise I’m not ignoring you all, it’s just this flu has taken me right off my feet🤒

HOLIDAYS🎄
I just wanted to pop on and let everyone know that I’m officially on holidays 🤩
It’s been an incredible year once again and I have all of my amazing clients to thank for that! Without all of your support I wouldn’t be where I am today🥹

I will be on holidays from December 22nd to January 7th!!! Any and all messages will be answered when I return back in the New Year. Taking these next couple of weeks to relax and soak up all the time with my family❤️

🎄 Please be ON TIME for your appointments. 15 minutes late or later will result in rescheduling.

🎄Cancellations and/or Rescheduling with less than 24 hour notice, result in 50% fee of booked service.

🎄No Shows fees are 100% of booked service. I will reach out to anyone who no shows at the end of my work day to discuss.

🎄 PLEASE wait for my message or phone call that your pet is ready. Popping in to check before hearing from me will result in me not being able to complete their groom.

🎄PLEASE be prompt with pick up!! I have a 30 minute window for pick up after I let you know your pet is ready. Anything later than 30 minutes will have a late pick up fee.

⭐️ I also have new custom Gift Certificates for anyone looking for a sweet little stocking stuffer 🙊

Happy Saturday 🥰
