Life happens, and I totally understand, but when appointments are cancelled last minute or missed, I’m left without being able to fill the spot.
To keep things fair, my cancellation policy is:
🚫 Less than 24 hours notice = 50% of your pup’s groom added to your next appointment
🐶 No-shows = 100% of the groom added to your next appointment
