**Wifi/Phone Issue**

This is Danielle's husband. I just drove to town to get cell service to post this..

We lost power and wifi around 4:30pm yesterday. Power came back on 2 hours later but Bell is telling us wifi won't be back up until probably sometime Wednesday. So we have no internet or phone at the moment, but we do have power and she is open for business. Until wifi is back online she can only do cash or e-transfer (before pickup).

If you need to get ahold of her, try her cell it might work if she's standing in the right spot at the right time, or leave a message.

Great advice! Our dryers are an important step for us to give your furry friend a beautiful clip!

Why is it important that my dog allow me to blow dry them? Maybe your groomer has told you your dog is scared or Wiley for the dryer. These are reasons why the dryer is an important step in the process and should be mastered by your dog.
1. In order To give an even , not choppy, haircut the hair must be straight. We get the coat straight with the blow dryer.
2. During a deshed the dryer helps push any undercoat out making sure your getting the full service.
3. The drying process it the part of the groom where your groomer can see your dogs skin, therefore able to report any signs of allergies, skin abrasions and more.
4. The high velocity dryer helps loosen any matting your dog has, pushing it from the skin and giving us the ability to give a slightly longer cut in a lot of cases.

Ways we as groomers can help your dog to be more comfortable and calm for drying.
1. We utilize cotton balls and a happy hoodie. A happy hoodie goes over the dogs ears to lighten the sound and provide a comfort with compression.
2. Starting at the back end over a towel on the lower setting will help ease a dog into the process, getting them used to the sound and pressure of the dryer.

Ways you can help your dog at home.
1. Turn the vacuum on and pull out the treats. A high reward treat when the approach the vacumm will train them that the sound is not scary.
2. Baths and blowdryer at home. Simply going through the process with a person they know and trust will build their confidence.

🎄I hope everyone faired well through the storm, pretty to see the snow for Christmas. This year was an incredible year, and I am so lucky to have such wonderful clients, I am so excited for the new year, and looking forward to seeing everyone is 2024. Thank you all for an amazing year.

I am very excited to say that my puppy class starting in January is now fully booked, so I am opening up registration for my second set of classes which will start on February 18th!

-Puppy Classes will start on Tuesday February 18th at The Northfield Fire Hall.
2233 Trunk 10, West Northfield, approximately 10 minutes from Bridgewater.

-It will be a 5 week course, each class being 1 hour long, 5:45pm-6:45pm

-Class Dates: February 18th, February 25th, March 4th, March 11th, March 18th

-Puppy must be under 6 months old at the start of classes. If your puppy is older than 6 months check out our Level 1 Obedience Classes.

-Cost: $125 for the whole 5 week program
-50% non-refundable deposit required to hold your pups spot upon registration.

Good morning, it’s been a while since I’ve posted. It’s time for an update. This year has been a busy year, with a move half way through. I want to take a minute to thank all my wonderful clients who stuck with me in this move, it truly means a lot. I’ve loved working from home, it’s been an incredible summer and fall, so much busier then I expected and that’s amazing! I’m looking forward to a busy December.

I’ve had a few clients find me no problem, and some are getting lost, thanks to google. Here are the best directions. Hopefully this helps!

At Hwy 103 Exit 13, head west towards Caledonia on Hwy 325 for 6.5km, turn left onto Hwy 210 towards Greenfield. In approx 20km turn right onto Labelle Rd. Shortly after it becomes gravel turn right onto Narrows Rd West then take your 4th left onto Hidden Lake East Rd. We are civic 129, dark brown place with blue trim.

Happy First Day of May! Today is my opening day at my new shop. Thank you to everyone who has stuck with me during this move. It truly means a lot. I am so thrilled to get back to grooming! A lot of work went into this space with the help of my amazing husband, it’s cozy but it’s absolutely perfect. 💜🐶
