What an honour to be invited to Art Smith Aviation School on CFB Cold Lake today to talk to the daycare students about dog safety.

Nora and 20 kids had a blast and learned lots about each other.

If you've ever shared your life with a dog, you already know they have a special way of becoming family. They greet us like we've been gone for years, seem to know exactly when we need a little extra comfort, and can turn an ordinary walk into an adventure. They also have a remarkable ability to test our patience, ignore a perfectly good command, and occasionally leave us wondering who is really training whom!

Through Training K9's & Wellness with Annie in Cold Lake, the focus goes far beyond teaching a dog to sit, stay, or come when called. Annie helps build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create a deeper understanding between pets and their families. By combining positive training with wellness and enrichment, she believes in looking at the whole dog, from nutrition and enrichment activities to holistic support and real-life skills.
