The Dog Club presents... Puppy Club!

📣 Exciting news! ✨

Instinct K9 is thrilled to announce Puppy Club! We will be teaming up once again with our wonderful friends at Casey & Co Pet Supply to offer safe, structured play and socialization for puppies ages 12-24 weeks.

What is Puppy Club?

🐶 Pups will be taught how to enter the play ring calmly, and play will be monitored by our very own Professional Dog Trainer Jessica to ensure that everyone is feeling safe and having fun!

🌳 Structured group potty breaks to encourage appropriate potty behaviours, as well as provide a sniffy break from play where your pups will learn to coexist calmly around their friends.

😴 Group cool down exercises at the end of each play session to teach YOU to encourage your pups to relax in exciting environments, which is a wonderful skill to have!

🐕 $10 drop in, from 10-11am on Saturdays at Casey & Co, 22-1400 Cowichan Bay Rd. Beginning May 3.

** Proof of 2nd set of puppy vaccinations required in order for puppies to participate in the play groups. These can be shown in person upon arrival to your pups first session, or they can be emailed directly to Jessica at [email protected]

Our dog leader extraordinaire, Jessica, has some upcoming seminars and classes that will impact our Walk About Wednesday schedule, and with the holiday season approaching we have decided to put WAW on hold for November.

We will be organizing a fun holiday walk in December to gather and celebrate the season together. Stay tuned for date! 🐾🎄

🎃 Join us for some Howl-O-Ween fun with your pooch tomorrow from 5:30-6:30 at Island Pet Zone Valleyview! 🎃

👻 Tricks for Treats - show off your pups flashiest moves and learn some new ones to earn them some tasty snacks

👻 Costume Contest - the best dressed doggo will receive a special prize! If your dog is against wearing costumes, we will also have a prize for best dressed human

👻 Howl-O-Ween Games - participate in spooky games to win even more prizes!

We will be at Island Pet Zone Valleyview with Instinct K9 Services walking around and playing different scent games with our canine companions 🐶

The Dog Club is back, baby!

We are back at Island Pet Zone Valleyview with Instinct K9 Services on Wednesdays for more weekly fun! We’re excited to announce some changes you need to know about:

🐾 Time Change ⏰ 5:30 PM - 6:30PM. With Fall in full swing and days getting shorter we’re adjusting The Dog Club’s hours to give us as much daylight as possible 🌅

🐾 Themed Activities! Each weekly Walk About will have a different focus, from scent work, to obedience, to engagement games, to doggy barkour and more. We will be posting weekly themes in advance on The Dog Club’s page, so keep an eye out for any topics that pique your interest 🤓

Throughout the summer The Dog Club will be exploring parks and trails and beaches for Walk About Wednesday. We don’t want those little paws on the hot pavement and who doesn’t love a chance to have an excuse to get out and explore our beautiful parks and beaches in valley!

Tonight - The Dog Club will be meeting at the Cowichan Bay Estuary ~ 6:30pm. Meet on the grassy area by the parking spots 🐾
