NEW - We’re now offering DSD (direct store delivery) delivering our fresh-picked corn straight from the farm to stores across BC. Corn is picked in the morning, packed, and delivered in the same day so customers get the freshest product possible.

Delivery days are Monday – Saturday during the season (no Sunday deliveries).

It's a bit chilly in the 'wack today so let's bring summer back with a summer salad!

2 medium zucchinis, diced (raw or grilled)
1 cup corn kernels (blanched or cooked)
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the diced zucchini and corn kernels.
2. Add the chopped basil and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Pour the dressing over the zucchini and corn mixture.
5. Gently toss all the ingredients until well combined.
6. Let the salad sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
