The Foxy Hound is beginning the search for our next team member!
*no formal grooming experience required*
We have the most amazing team of passionate pet lovers at The Foxy Hound who have all been working together for the past 3-5 years. We are excited to find another equally amazing individual who will enjoy spending their days caring for and beautifying some of the most amazing dogs in the Chilliwack Area!
We are willing to train the right candidate from the ground up! We are also happy to speak with groomers of all skill levels who are open to learning and growing their craft. Your training would be under a nationally ranked competitive Master Groomer and educator, focusing on correct technique and safe handling.
The position is part time to start, with reasonably flexible hours and start date. We have lots of time to find just the right person to add to our Foxy Family.
Ideal Candidate would be:
- A compassionate animal lover
- Willing to work with all breeds of dogs
- Have their own transportation
- Be willing to set and stick to a schedule (Days/Times can be flexible, some Saturday shifts required)
- Be physically able to stand and move about most of the day, lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Be willing and able to work with a team to complete all tasks required
