This was an exciting and unexpected year for these dogs and their offspring.
- Last year, Velvet was ranked in the US NOHS series, as was daughter Am Ch Legendary Wish upon a Star FDC CGC TKN ATT. Her son, Chip, NBISS, Am CH, Am GCH Legendary Bearspaw Magic Chip CGC TKN OAJ OA won the American Finnish Lapphund National under a Finnish judge, and a AOM at the region. Son Am GCh Legendary Bearspaw Magic Riker won BOB over a huge supported entry in the US under a different Finnish judge. The Legendary crew added performance titles.
- Tuuli had a litter, only the second born in the Canadian Maritimes, with some promising puppies.
- Vili added a Sprinters title to his name. His daughter, Fin JCh Fin Ch Bearspaw Campfire S'mores became a Finnish conformation champion. Her four sons added many junior titles to their names this year from many countries, Int JCh, and Winners titles including World Junior Winner, Helsinki Circuit Junior Winner, Swedish Winner, Kaunis Winner, Estonian Kennel Union Winner, and a Crufts qualification. Vili's daughter in Canada, Can Ch Bearspaw Moonpie Jet Puffed NS HIC completed a Sprinters Title. Vili was part of a planned 3 sire litter for AlpenGlล Kennel in California, and we await DNA testing results.
- Vili had a litter last year with Can Ch Peikkovuoren Tรคssรค Ja Nyt.Two puppies are now in Finland, and one in the US.
- Cz JCh Bearspaw Raised by Wolves IPA has contributed to her breeding program at Kennel Nezkrotnamarkyza. We are enjoying watching her children and grandchildren mature.
Rosie and Loki are enjoying wonder lives with their amazing families. We could not ask for better families for them.
