✏️ About the Vet Student Handbooks 📙
I started this notebook project back in third year of vet school when there was a lot of anxiety associated with the clinical year rapidly approaching. I had the idea of creating a pocket size notebook that would include just enough material to help me get by the day. With the support from our faculty and my classmates, we’ve crafted something special that went above and beyond my original idea! The first version was printed in Spring 2022, followed by some more late night editing and fine-tuning of the content to make sure we only include the most relevant information. 🌟
The response has been incredible! Orders pour in, and I was deeply grateful for the the trust and enthusiasm I received from my colleagues, either with constructive feedback or their supportive comments. Thank you all for being part of this journey! 🌈
If you ever experience the same anxiety with transitioning to your clinical year or going into practice, this handbook is a great starting point to get your basics covered. We are onto the third edition in 2024 and will continue to refine the contents every year to help young vets thrive early in their careers. 🚀
