We started out as a small pet store located in Nelson B.C. In 1995 we moved to Castlegar and bought a 2000 sqft building. So we added a large selection of pond supplies, liners, pumps, statutory and plants, to compliment our dog, cat, bird, small animal and fish supplies! But we were not done yet, we wanted to add some services as well so we offer Grooming, Anesthetic Free Teeth Cleaning, Obedienc
e Training, Dog Day Care, Boarding and our new service Adventure Hikes! We also wanted you our customers to have the best possible advice and knowledge we could offer so we hit the books and went back to school! Lots of different schools to be exact! We carry certification and degrees in Animal Sciences, Small Animal Massage, Kennel Management, Obedience Trainer, Master Trainer, Anesthesia-Free Canine Dental Practitioner and Certified Groomer. We also carry 3 certificates from the Western World Pet Supply Association INC in the study of clipper and scissor techniques, cat grooming and companion animal hygienist.
