Good morning to all my friends and valued clients,

This certification and the experience that came with it have played a huge role in discovering who I am and what I am capable of.

Over the past five years, I have had the privilege of engaging in energy exchange and healing with a few hundred horses, and it has truly been life-changing 💜

Recently, I have spent a lot of time reflecting on where my goals once were and where my path is leading me now. This reflection has brought clarity, and I feel it is important to share my truth moving forward.

I have decided that I will not be taking on any new clients going forward.

I will continue to fully support my existing clients throughout this year, and I remain committed to growing my skills and knowledge so that each session is better than the last.

While this work will always remain a passion and an area of learning for me, I have chosen to step away from building it as a business. I am incredibly proud of myself for reaching this point and honoring what feels right for my life.

My path moving forward will focus on other equine activities, and I am choosing to invest my time and energy there.

2026 will be a year of embracing this new chapter.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your trust and for allowing me to care for and connect with your horses.

To be clear, I will not be accepting new clients.

Any prepaid sessions will, of course, be honored.

Friends will always be accommodated, but this is where the road ends for me professionally.

I am excited to discover a new trail in life and fully step into it đŸŒ”

Thank you for your understanding and continued support,

Cassandra Clem

I believe in what’s meant for you will find you.

I believe what isn’t will not.

Sometimes the lesson is confusing and it stings a little but it doesn’t mean it isn’t meant for your journey in life.

So wherever the 1-11-1 portal took you today - listen to the lesson and keep moving forward.

Ever ask yourself what your horses birth month is and how it aligns with the collective energy of the universe?

If we as humans can access universal energy and we know horses feel it MUCH deeper than us, shouldn’t we know their birth chart ins and outs too?

TBeaR is an Aries and the shock of that is not surprising
.

What’s your horse’s sign and energetic story / energy?

Have fun!

Where will you focus yours when your boots are on the ground or in the stirrups?

I’m back and it do be Winter đŸ„¶

This season can be tough on horses and humans alike.

We miss the days of summer where we can spend long hours with our horses. It’s great for them and for us!

This weather often makes the horse time a little more limited and puts us in a halted state where we are no longer working as hard at our “in saddle” goals.

I’m learning that this can cause a few things to happen. It can either make you down, withdraw and a little frustrated OR it can be a good opportunity to take the time, no matter how small , to reflect, strengthen, and make a vision for the future/spring.

Some tips for surviving this season:

1. Review some riding / training videos. See what others are doing to problem solve or create softer horses and start building that foundation with yours on the ground! This way, when spring comes, you’re a bit ahead of the game because yoo have started that foundation.

2. Work on yourself.
This is one thing I am trying to incorporate daily since my surgery. This includes healthy meals, stretches and core strengthening, weights, cardio, anything that can help improve your body for spring in the saddle. You have the time now so it’s your turn to “ be the horse and get to work!”

3. Pay attention to how your horse moves around and its environment . If it’s icy - they may be stiff. If they have iceballs on their hooves- help them out a bit by knocking them off whenever you can .

How it’s being fed. Most horses are on rounds. This can cause alot of neck and poll stiffness that radiates throughout the entire body. So
note any areas of tension there.

That way when you do get a chinook break, book a bodywork session to help give them some release and relaxation.

4. if you do get time to work them, try focusing on exercises that support flexibility, and the core.

5. Educate yourself on their body and how it’s all connected ! Take time to provide your own body work routines with your hands too! It’s a beautiful tool to create an even deeper connection with your horse!

Hopefully you found this helpful as you navigate through winter!

❄ I’m back at it so feel free to reach out if you’d like a winter relaxation massage session for your horse.

My friend and I are both very much unable to do anything at the moment but relax and enjoy staring at our horses while they stand still.

We both agreed it’s a better view than house walls so we made a plan to meet up and bask in this view.

It got me thinking about how much my energy really does influence my horse.

When he senses there is literally nothing to do he can happily oblige to this task (and so did the others.)

Energy is truly an amazing thing around horses.

I appreciated that reminder today.

Celebrate your circle.

Mine is small but mighty and I’m proud to say I have birthed and continue to raise one of my circle/tribe.

Yesterday my daughter who is very knowledgeable with horses (even though they aren’t her first choice to be around lol) took the lead on catching this big guy.

I was able to hobble around and brush him.

Just their presence is so therapeutic .

At one point I even got to stick my face into his poofy winter coat he’s growing and breathe in that sweet horsie smell.

Whether it’s your horses healing journey or your own, it can take an unexpected emotional toll.

Just remember your circle , your courageous heart, and trust that all good things take the time they take to be whole again.

It’s officially the “October” in Alberta that I am used to seeing lol.

Winter is coming and in these seasons, our horses show us just how strong they really are.

I’m not expert in any of these areas but I do have general knowledge and you can too!

Winter is a great time for :

1. Understanding thermoregulation in horses and how they can stay warm with limited human intervention.

2. Brushing up on ground work, pole work, and core strengthening exercises that can be performed with limited stress on them during this season.

3. Massage therapy YOU can do at home each session that can support their overall health and wellbeing during the trying winter months.

4. Flexibility exercises with legs and neck after warming up your horse.

5. Anything else you want because sometimes it’s cold đŸ„¶ and we are just plain stuck in the house!

Happy researching and reading!

All for the love of horses😘

October.

The colors change to tranquil shades of warm and comforting tones.

Cozy blankets on the couch are nice but nothing beats the feel of that “ pre-winter , post summer” horse fuzz on their coats đŸ„°

I hope you find a moment this weekend to be thankful for yours.

Happy Fall, ya”ll!

This is my TBear.

He is a big buy because he has a lot of me to pack around.

He checks me up so I focus on him when we are together.

Working in human services, I know the emotional load I carry with me some days and he just draws me in , and cleanses my heart, mind, and soul without hesitation.

For that, I am thankful to him.b
