Happy 8th birthday to our sweet Cooper!

Our life with this potato has been a non-stop adventure. From the moment Jason became a dog dad, it's been a beautiful thing to watch their bond grow. Cooper is a bundle of chaos and never-ending energy, but we wouldn't trade it for the world.

Now, as our boy approaches his senior years, we’re seeing the white on his face and a bit of a slowdown, which means more cuddles than ever. We're so grateful for every day with him. ❤️

9 years ago, my life haulted. I lost the women who gave me life and created a family who provided me the warmest and most loving home & childhood I could have ever asked for.

Still to this day, I really don't understand why you were called back home so early. I will say I have moments of bitterness. I am approaching my 40s while you didn't get to see the journey my life took in my 30s. Finding who I was without you was very difficult, and I am still figuring that on the daily.

But forever grateful for the years I did have with you, so much of who I am is because of you.

Look forward to our next morning coffee together💜
