Good day! Just wanted to post a note keeping everyone informed. I have contacted the city and looked at provincial guidelines and wanted to let you all know that I am remaining open for now. Due to provincial and city guidelines I may have to shut down on short notice but will inform everyone promptly if that occurs. I am following all the guidelines for everybody safety. I am not open to the public and only open by appointment only. This is to ensure minimal animal contact and minimal people contact to help ensure everybodys safety at this time. I ask that everybody just do a handoff at the door. Please keep your collars and leashes, I have a slip lead available if needed. If you must bring your animal inside with a kennel if it could possibly be a plastic one so that I can spray it down and sanitize it would be great. Preferred method of payment at this moment is a E transfer that way we are not handling any money or checks although I do understand that everybody does not have the E transfer available to them so I will still except cash. If you would like to cancel an appointment you already have I completely understand. If anyone is sick in your household please don’t bring your pet for 14 days to help insure we are not spreading anything. Unfortunately at this time I can’t have owners stay with their pet as I groom so keep that under consideration when booking. Hopefully with these precautions in place we can still safely keep your animals looking beautiful! Thanks for your cooperation at this time.
