**Still Missing near Charlie Killam School. Miss Freddy has a reflective yellow collar with a pink bell and tag with her Fosters' phone number. She is spayed vaccinated and microchipped. She is very skittish so please don't try to approach or spook her; contact us instead with the area last sighted or, if you're able, contain her in a garage. She is greatly missed and not an outdoor cat.

We received a desperate plea for help with this sweetheart last night.

She’s not fully healed, and though not “broken,” she definitely needed splinting, which has now been done. She’s on medication, but no one is sure when she last had proper pain management—she was clearly hurting. Fortunately, everything else looks good so far. She’ll need crate rest for about 98% of the time to allow her leg to heal. The splint is compressing the leg to support proper healing, though it is quite curved and will likely remain that way. Was the message from the when she was looked over and given X-rays. She was previously being treated apparently, we were told from falling off a bed.

Housing arrangements are being discussed so someone can foster her during recovery.

As for her food, there wasn’t anything available specifically for history of food being bought since December. Thanks to your generous donations at pet value , we were able to give her a bag of Prime Puppy food from the bin, and we also picked up a bag of what she had been fed previously to see what she’ll accept.

She also has heterochromia in one eye—it's about ¾ brown with a bit of blue. It can look like she has scar tissue in photos, but it’s just her unique eye coloring.

We would like to give a huge shout out to Matt with the animal shelter for continuing to be a major ally with us to work as a team for the animals.

Previously mentioned that rescue never rests. On the way home today we picked up a passenger to be transferred from a BC rescue back to Saskatchewan.
