We’re excited to announce that we’ve added a new digital photo frame to our clinic, and we’d love to fill it with the adorable faces of our patients!

To have your pet featured, simply reply to this post with your favourite photo of them. Whether they’re posing perfectly, caught doing something silly, or just being their wonderful selves, we can’t wait to see them!

📞 Our phones are back up and running! 📞

Thank you for your patience while we worked through the recent phone service disruption. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Unfortunately, the outage was due to ongoing theft of copper from telecommunications infrastructure in the area, which affected phone service for many businesses and residents.

We are happy to report that our phone lines have now been restored and we can once again be reached at the clinic as usual.

Dr. Woods had a fantastic time speaking with the Halton 4-H Pet Club!
The group learned all about what being a veterinarian is really like and how our patients can’t tell us what is wrong - which means veterinarians have to be like detectives. From physical exams to diagnostics and piecing together clues from owners, the kids got a glimpse into the problem-solving side of veterinary medicine. They also had some fun playing some games together.
The group asked fantastic questions and brought so much enthusiasm and curiosity. Thank you to the Halton 4-H Pet Club for inviting Dr. Woods to share her passion for veterinary medicine and animal care. We loved spending the evening with such an awesome group of future animal advocates.

Meet the real VIPs of the clinic—Jordi, Jethro, and Ralphie. Often mistaken for stuffed animals thanks to their adorable looks and calm demeanour, these three are very much real and very much part of the team. They can usually be found behind the desk, quietly observing the day’s events, greeting clients (on their own terms), and adding a little extra comfort to every visit.
When they’re off duty, Jordi, Jethro, and Ralphie head home to the country with our practice manager, Jane. There, they trade clinic life for wide open spaces, spending their time running, playing, and enjoying the fresh air with their Bullmastiff housemate, Ivy.
Whether they’re keeping us company at work or living their best lives outdoors, these three are an important—and much-loved—part of our clinic family.
