P.S.A we just wanted to let all of our wonderful clients know that we received some devastating news in regards to a family member. with this said we just want to make everyone aware that we may have to close on a moments notice and have to cancel appointments. we will always do our best to get your fur babies booked back in asap. we thank you all for your understanding and patience during this time.

P.S we are open regular hours until something changes.

P.S.A-please be advised that going forward you are asked to show up for your scheduled appointment times no earlier then 10 mins prior please. unfortunately we are way to busy to be stopping 15,20,25 mins before the next appointment which causes us to fall behind. if you show up more then 10 mins before your time you will be asked to wait in your car. unfortunately this is happening more and more and way to much so if it happens multiple times you will be charged a fee or we will no longer be able to groom you fur baby ( which we really don't want to see happen)

we are reaching out to all our wonderful clients in regards to one of our clients needing to rehome her doggo due to unforeseen health issues. so if you or you know anyone looking to take in a bigger doggo please reach out.

Dogs name is Dixie she is a 57 pound golden doodle who is 3 years old and lots of energy and may require a bit of training . she is fixed and all updated with her shots

Please be advised that scruffy paws pet salon will be closed from Friday february 14 to tuesday Feb 25, 2025. we will reopen wednesday feb 26, 2025 at 10 am. during this time we will be welcoming our first grandchild into the world so exciting times !!

Policy update!
If you are unable to make your apt and do not call us to let us know the following will happen

1. A full apt fee will be applied to your apt.
2. If you have reoccurring apts they WILL be cancelled
3. You will have to prepay for next apt.

We have a grooming shortage in campbell river and have a ton of people wanting to get in with us. a simple phone call to say you are unable to make it will allow us time to try and fill your apt.
*Multiple no shows will give us no choice then to let you go as a client.

Update.
After tests and xrays she has arthritis in both legs and bone spurs. 😳 she's got some new meds and treats and is recovering nicely. Thank you everyone for there kind words and support .

hey all so sorry but we will be closed today as we have to take our oldest fur baby to the vet.....might be a torn acl....will be back tomorrow at 10 .
