Our booking and cancellation policy for NEW And Most existing clients exist to make booking, rebooking and scheduling as easy as possible as we are often booked solid and want to make sure we can limit cancellations while realizing life happens and being flexible with people.

1-2 day boarding or overnight - cancellation within 24 hours gets you a full credit for your next booking.

Long Weekends or bookings under a week - Payment in full with an 80% refund if you need to cancel at any point even the morning of. 20% deposit is non refundable.

1 week or longer - 20% deposit at booking rest of the payment is due at drop off. Deposit is non refundable.
