Lick mats are a great tool to use to promote independence. They can also provide you with a good 30 minutes of quiet time! Simply add the bone broth, some of this great pumpkin sweet potato puree, freeze, and serve! There are many other options to put on a lick mat that you may already have at home! Like a fresh cracked egg, some peanut butter (xylitol free), shredded chicken, and so much more!
