Dorothy is a sweet, gentle girl who’s really come into her own. While she used to be on the shy side, she has gained so much confidence and now enjoy being part of the action especially when it involves relaxing and sharing space with her foster, and soaking up gentle affection. She has a calm, friendly presence and truly shine in a peaceful environment where she feel safe and secure.

She would do wonderfully as your one and only cat, but she may also be open to sharing her home with another respectful, easygoing feline friend. A quiet, mature household would be the perfect fit for her, where she can lounge in sunny spots, enjoy soft pets, and continue blossoming at her own comfortable pace.

Dorothy has suspected diet allergies, but they’re well managed with a prescription food that’s readily available through veterinary clinics and she does great when sticking to it.

Presently happiest engaging with his equally shy sibling, Othello is highly food motivated and fully litter box trained. Killarney Cat Hospital is a well-established cat only clinic in Calgary, Alberta, seeking a full-time or part-time Veterinarian to join our team. Our clinic prides itself on providing high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We focus on a wide range of services including preventive care, senior wellness, diagnostics, dentistry and surgery. Hi, I’m Bonnie! At first, the world feels big and I feel small, but give me time… soon I’ll be following your every step, and after I eat, just watch me run and play just for you. Though I may take some time to get comfortable with humans, my friends in my foster home are rabbits and I get along well with them! I haven’t been around cats and dogs yet.

I have a manageable skin condition that can occasionally cause lesions, but with the right medication and a special diet, my skin is looking fantastic!

Status: Bonded Pair (Two Large "House Panthers" with kitten-sized voices)

💙Edward💙 (The Supervisor): Edward is the valedictorian of his class. While the puppies are learning to "Sit”, Edward is busy showing them how it’s really done. He’s the more confident of the boys and thrives in the middle of the action. He truly seems to believe he is the guest lecturer for every training session.

💙Phoenix💙 (The Admin Assistant): Phoenix is the "Yin" to Edward’s "Yang." He finds the puppy shenanigans a bit beneath him and prefers a quiet one-on-one meeting (read: head butts and cheek scritches). He specializes in emotional support and is a master of the "file cabinet hide-and-seek".

🤓Core Competencies & Skills🤓

• Dog Savvy🐶: Having been "homeschooled" at a service dog school, these boys are dog-savvy. Edward thinks he’s one of the puppies-in-training, and Phoenix is happy to co-exist as long as there’s a quiet spot nearby.
• Technical Support💻: Both excel at blocking 100% of your computer screen during Zoom calls and checking the internal temperature of your printer by sitting on it for hours.
• The Plot Twist: Despite being two large, majestic 🐈‍⬛ 🐈‍⬛, they both communicate exclusively in "teeny tiny" meows. It’s a total glitch in the system, and it’s adorable.

✨The Ideal "Workplace" (Forever Home)✨
They are looking for a home with no other cats, but would be just fine with cat-savvy dogs. A human who doesn't mind a little "help" in the home office would be a great fit. If you have a spare desk drawer for Phoenix to nap in and some activities for Edward to audit, these big boys are ready to clock in!🕘🕔

Need an icebreaker? Give Ranger a bit of catnip and enjoy the show as he flops to the left and flops to the right and coats his handsome brown tabby body with 'nepeta cataria'. Ranger has been a few places and seen a few things in his time on the streets. He is a charming cat who loves to sleep on the end of your bed, but is meant for someone who has a bit more cat experience and understands cat body language and petting thresholds.

Due to Ranger's time as a tough street guy, he has contracted Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). Cats with FIV should be single cats in the home, but can live long happy lives with normal attentive care. Reach out and ask about Ranger to see if he's the right fit for you!

If sweetness had a face, it would be Shamu’s face. She enjoys being petted by her foster mom, sometimes play biting her should she stop, and having her long, lush coat brushed. She also enjoys playing with wand toys, exploring her surroundings, and then finding her way to a cozy footstool or comfy bed. Currently dieting to lose the excess weight that limits the activities she loves, she’s litter box trained and eager to find a loving home to help her reach her ideal weight and keep her active fur-ever.

Hello! I’m Armadillo! Once I’ve had time to settle in, you’ll find I’m a curious and affectionate cat with a big heart.

I love playing and cuddling with other cats in the home and often express myself with soft trilling sounds! I enjoy being part of your daily routine and may follow you around when I’m in the mood. That said, I also appreciate having my own quiet space to retreat to when I need to.

I prefer to keep all four paws on the ground—it helps me feel secure—but I’m okay with gentle hugs on the ground. Chin scratches and head rubs are my absolute favourites, and I’ll gladly accept the occasional back rub too!

Because I can be easily startled, I would do best in a calm, quiet home. Loud or sudden noises make me nervous. I’m not a big fan of car rides at the moment. I do need a little help from the vet to manage that part of my journey.

Curiosity is in my nature—I love observing what you’re up to. But my very favourite moments are snuggling up with my feline friends for a cozy nap or a playful romp.
