It was a profound privilege to learn from Ron Gale, whose wisdom I absorbed every weekend in Sundre with Storm, Sage, Raven, and my foster pups, discovering the power of compassion and gentle guidance in training dogs, teaching them to herd sheep as well learning how to take care of and ride horses the right way. His legacy is a testament to the profound impact one individual can have on the lives of others, inspiring a ripple effect of kindness and compassion. Ron was in awe of Sage. He said she was perfect a natural. I be those 2 had a hand in sending me Whisper to continue on with all he taught me. Because this little one is just like my girl. He was one of a kind and so was my girl who will forever be missed as well as those incredible days at the farm ❤️💕🐾 He wrote a book for anyone that wants to learn from this man it’s on Amazon.

Public Health Notice: Outbreak of Salmonella infections linked to dog food and treats.

There's no brand mentioned. No indication yet as to where this is coming from. The outbreak investigation is ongoing. Even if a dog doesn't become sick, the owners still can from handling the food. Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly.

Our little resident Border Collie Miss Whisper Willow is turning 1 this week. I think she deserves a pool party with all her friends she’s met over the last year 😊🐾 cousin Emmy will host all water games and big (little) brother Hunter will supervise far, far away from any sort of water. 😉😂🐾💕 it’s always a fun time around here and all are welcome! Look who’s trying to steal the show on the grooming table – our little Whisper! She just had to get in on the action today and 'help' me groom. I guess it’s time for her to get accustomed to this whole grooming thing. And, all things considered, she did amazingly well for a 4-month-old Border Collie – apart from the part where she tried to chew everything, of course! ❤️😊
