Made banana bread with some of my sourdough discard. Why do I use sourdough? Come to our 1 hour sourdough workshop this Wednesday to find out. Only $15 and you go home with starter, a loaf ready to bake and recipes. You have the option of 10am or 7pm. NW Calgary. Message me for the details.

Too busy? Does your mind freeze when it comes time to make a meal? I have a solution for you - join my monthly meal prep. Each session offers the opportunity to prepare 5 entrees for the week: 4 with meat and 1 vegetarian. You would be able to select the number of serving sizes to reflect the size of your family (in multiples of 1, 2, or 4).

I do all the shopping, provide the necessary equipment and you go home with with fresh entrees (that you can either put in the fridge or freezer) and the peace of mind of not having to think about what to make.
