On top of our local beef, your burger comes on one of our classic brioche buns or your option of a skinny or green bun.

We also make all of our sauces in-house daily, so you’re always getting the best of what Romer’s has to offer.

👨🏻‍🌾👨🏻‍🍳 Every chef needs a farmer and we are so lucky at the Semlin Ranch that our head farmer, Jordan, loves to cook and create beautiful food with our products! Our homegrown potatoes turn into the famous Semlin Ranch fries pretty quick and our beef is served many different ways and never fails!

We’re thankful for all the chefs and farmers out there but especially our very own from the Semlin Ranch! 🌻

Our beef is proudly raised with no antibiotics or added hormones, then grain finished to produce a high level of marbling. Will be selling sides and freezer packs. There is a nice processing plant in Kamloops that we can bring animal to and you decide how you want it cut and wrapped at your cost.

What a year it has been for the Semlin Valley Ranch! Finishing up our crops a few weeks back and jumping right into filling up the feed lot for the winter. This harvest will be one we never forget.... Thank you to everyone who stepped in to help this harvest especially when times were tough. We greatly appreciate everyones help!
