You’ve probably seen those glowing mushrooms in nature… 🌙🍄

We’ve been experimenting with something similar in the grow room.

By introducing a specific bioluminescent bacteria during colonization, we’ve been able to trigger a subtle glow in our oyster mushrooms — just like naturally occurring bioluminescent species.

No artificial lighting.
No post-harvest treatment.
Just a different approach to cultivation.

Still early stages, but the results are pretty wild.

Coral Tooth

A true forest gem — delicate, branching like ocean coral, but grown right here at our urban mushroom farm.

Mild, slightly sweet, and beautifully tender when cooked. Think seafood vibes… without the seafood.

Best ways to enjoy:
• Sautéed in butter until lightly golden
• Tossed into pasta or risotto
• Finished with garlic + herbs
