(April 17, 2026) The Public Works Dept are currently out fixing many washouts due to the snow melt and rainfall that we have experienced. Some areas have high water levels and will remain closed in spots.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH A WASHOUT, AROUND BARRICADES OR TRAFFIC CONES – TURN AROUND AND FIND AN ALTERNATE ROUTE. DO NOT ACTIVELY SEEK OUT WASH OUT AREAS TO FILM AND TAKE PICTURES

At Northern Tails Groom Room, every appointment time is reserved just for your pup. When a cancellation happens without at least 24 hours notice, it makes it very difficult for me to fill that spot.

As a small, locally owned business, no-shows and last-minute cancellations directly affect my income and the time I set aside specifically for your dog.

I completely understand that life happens — emergencies and unexpected situations do come up ❤️ — but I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice so I can offer that appointment time to another client who may be waiting.
