Why do we love ForPaws? Because I actually give a s**t about what makes up the bulk of my dogs’ food.

Lower carb, less unnecessary filler and crap, and ingredients that actually have a purpose.

I also LOVE that sustainability isn’t just a cute buzzword for them. They use upcycled ingredients where possible, making use of nutritious ingredients that might otherwise go to waste.

And to top it off, they’re Australian owned and made 🇦🇺

Good nutrition, less bulls**t and a more sustainable approach to feeding our dogs.

That’s the kind of dog food I can get behind.

Don’t be like me. Warm up before physical activity 😂

Apparently my own advice also applies to humans.

Your dog deserves better preparation than whatever the f**k this was.

And I f**king stand on that.

As someone who has lived through DV and SA and somehow made it all the way to the other side as an entirely different woman sometimes I look back at the version of me who tolerated, froze, stayed quiet or was f**king terrified and barely recognise her.

Healing gets talked about like it’s all forgiveness, softness and finding peace.

Sometimes healing is looking back and thinking:

Bitch, he’d have a much f**king harder time with us now.

And you know what?

That counts too.
