Welcome! We are offering our family cottage for rent for a few select weeks in June, August September 2021. The cottage is 7 minutes outside the town of Bracebridge, On, nestled in a bay on beautiful Lake Muskoka.
You will have your own private beach with access to sand toys, paddle board, canoe and adult and child kayak. Their is also a dock should you wish you bring or rent a boat. The marina is a 2 min. walk from the cottage.
50% deposit due at time of booking via e-transfer, remaining balance due 48 hours prior to arrival.

Maximum Occupancy: 6 people (special circumstances to be discussed).
The cottage has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Master bedroom -1 queen bed, 1 single bed
Upstairs bedroom - 2 single beds
Upstairs bedroom - 1 queen bed
Downstairs bedroom - 1 queen bed
*The cottage has ceiling fans in all the upstairs bedrooms.
*We have 1 portable air conditioner
*Satellite tv
*Their is no wifi (cell coverage no problem though).
*Drinking water is via a chilled water cooler. We will provide 2 jugs of water complimentary and you can always bring drinking water or fill them up at the grocery store in town.
*No smoking on property
*No parties
*$200 damage deposit required, refunded upon inspection after your stay
*You are required to bring your own sheets and towels
*You must take your garbage with you or drop off at local garbage dump.
*No pets
