We have no involvement in it, and it does not reflect our mission, standards, or business values.

To our amazing Tails and Traills community-thank you for your continued support as we navigate a sudden shift. 💛

We’ve been asked to step away from the facility we were using for Pup Club. Despite our best efforts to collaborate, the facility owners and our business philosophy did not align, specifically when it came to visibility, and the security of the facility. This decision, made with zero notice, reflects a misalignment in values, but also our unwavering commitment to your dogs’ wellbeing.

We know changes like this can raise questions. If you’ve prepaid for Pup Club, check your inbox for options to continue with us or receive a refund. And if you’ve heard otherwise, please reach out. We’re happy to clarify directly.

This may be a change in location, but not in Tails & Traills growth🐾 We’re already working on what’s next — stay tuned!

It’s heating up out there! 🌡️ Here are 5 essential summer safety tips every dog parent should know to keep their pup cool, happy, and healthy this season 🐾👇

🧊 5 Dog Summer Safety Tips
1. Avoid the Heat of the Day
☀️ Walk early in the morning or after sunset to prevent heatstroke and burned paws.
2. Hydrate Constantly
💧 Always keep clean, cool water available — indoors, outdoors, and on walks!
3. Watch for Overheating Signs
🐕‍🦺 Heavy panting, drooling, weakness, vomiting, or glazed eyes = serious warning signs.
4. Protect Their Paws
🔥 Pavement gets hot fast. Use the 5-second hand test or try dog booties.
5. Offer Shade and Cooling Zones
⛱️ Provide access to shade, fans, cool floors, or a kiddie pool if outdoors.
