🐾Transparency Post🐾
After this market season I will be taking an extended pause on Markets/Events. This past weekend and previous events for the last 1.5 years or so have been at a loss.
I love going to markets, seeing your pets and meeting all of you. I appreciate everyone who has shopped with me and spoiled their pets with my treats.
It's not all of you, it's the events, their costs and all that comes with it.
This last weekend I spent $258 to attend a market. That only covered: Rent, Insurance, oven element and Gas in my car. I made $228. I lost my time and personal money to attend.
Market events have been exponentially costly the last few years and as a micro business I can no longer afford it.
I will complete the markets I've booked and paid for this year but as of next and for the foreseeable future I'll only be completing 1-2 a year (Applefest and Campbellford Xmas)
I'm going to pivot all my focus to Wholesale and my Incredible stores who I work with constantly. They are fantastic every single one of them.
Orders thru me or my website will continue and you can Guarantee the stores will always be stocked.
