I took her to some water and she got REAL jazzed up about it 😂

BIG night for Tubbs and I guys! 🥺😍

I work REALLY hard at ensuring I maintain a safe and comfortable relationship with the pups I care for.
That being said, with rescue pups that come from really unfortunate backgrounds it takes a little longer sometimes.

I've done a handful of overnight sitting for Tubbs. Sometimes if we go a little too long in between visits she becomes distant again.
This summer was tough. I didn't see her as much as I typically would due to extreme heat etc. 🥵

HOWEVER!
She has so far taken our overnights this weekend amazingly. 🥺🙏🏻
She has been brave, welcoming, and so open minded with what I'm suggesting we do and try!

For the first time EVER we went for a short car ride tonight! 👏🏻

LOOK AT HER SWEET HAPPY FACE! 🥺
I could cry!
I'm so proud of her.
I am so lucky 🥰
