Great article for anyone with an aging pet. They can recover from idiopathic vestibular disease. I have seen it with my own eyes over the years. My sweet girl also went through this. Time and patience is what you need 💕

Degenerative myelopathy (DM) is a irreversible disease that causes paraplegia (hind-end paralysis) in our canine friends. As medicine cannot treat this disease we find ourselves looking for alternative therapies to help ease the symptoms that we see. Overcompensating can cause tension and pain in other parts of the body. Massage can help loosen these muscles, increase circulation/blood flow and offer a better quality of life.
