🐾 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🐾
For the past year, I've been quietly working away on a project that I'm incredibly excited about, and I'm finally getting close to the launch stage.
Many of you know that dogs have always been a huge part of my life. What many people may not know is that coaching has been as well. Over the years, I've spent countless hours coaching athletes and sports teams, helping people develop skills, build confidence, improve communication, and reach their goals.
Somewhere along the way, I realized that many of those same coaching principles apply to dog ownership.
That's when this project was born.
For years, I've watched owners struggle, not because they don't care, but because nobody ever taught them how dogs learn, how to communicate effectively with them, or how to navigate the challenges that come with dog ownership.
We spend so much time focusing on training dogs that we often forget something important:
The dogs aren't the only ones learning.
That's why I created Training Dogs by Coaching Their Humans.
This guide goes beyond teaching basic obedience. While you'll learn how to teach skills like sit, down, stay, recall, and loose leash walking, you'll also learn how dogs learn, how to communicate clearly, and how to build a stronger relationship with your dog
At Tails & Trails, we believe training is about far more than obedience.
It's about building trust
It's about building relationships
It's about understanding the dog in front of you.
And most importantly, it's about giving owners the tools they need to become their dog's best coach, advocate, and teammate.
Our mission is simple:
- Help owners understand how dogs learn.
- Build stronger relationships through communication and trust.
- Give owners practical, real-world tools they can apply every day.
- Empower people to feel confident navigating life with their dog.
Before we officially launch, we're looking for a small group of people to read through the guide and provide honest feedback.
This is completely FREE. In return, we'd simply ask that you read through the guide and share your thoughts:
✔️ Was it easy to understand?
✔️ Was the information helpful?
✔️ Did anything feel confusing or missing?
✔️ What did you like most?
✔️ What could be improved?
Your feedback will help us make this guide the best resource possible before it becomes available to the public.
If you're interested in being one of our beta readers, comment below or send us a message! We'd love to have you be part of this journey. 🩵
Thank you to everyone who has supported Tails & Trails over the years. Because of you, I've been able to combine two of my greatest passions, coaching and dogs.. into something I truly believe can help people and their dogs build stronger, more successful relationships together. 🐾🐶✨🩵
