Hello everyone, I am no longer working out of Playful Pops doghouse adventures. I have secured a new grooming location for all of my clients . I will be on vacation until the 11th of May , but will be available to groom starting the 13th of May. Please contact me at 9028803740 and I will provide you with my new location . I have been in contact with the clients that I have already booked. Looking forward to hearing from you all and starting my new chapter in my career.

Hey everyone!!

We have a few things we would like to share / remind with all of you due to some things that have been popping up the past while.

-If your dog is dog reactive or sensitive to other dogs, PLEASE let us know prior to the appointment when booking so we can ensure the safety of not only your dog but other dogs as well as Vanessa and I.

-If you need your dog done by a certain time, please let us know when you drop them off so we can ensure your puppy is done by that time.

-If your appointment is at 9:30 for example, please keep in mind we have to set up everything and get dogs organized between our grooming room and daycare.

-If you show up early for your appointment, please note that does not mean we can start your dog right then as we are most likely doing 2 other dogs at the same time. We will get your dog as soon as we can.

-We book dogs between 9:30am and 12:30pm. We do not book dogs for late afternoon.

-Due to a rise in dogs being matted and late, we have decided to increase our fees for both matting and late fee. Matting fee will now be $30-$35 depending on how bad the matting is. Late fee will now be $20.

-Our no show fee is also being increased as we are losing hours with no notice. The Fee will now be half of your dogs original grooming price. If you can’t make it, we urge you to let us know 24 hours before hand. If something comes up the day of your appointment, we urge you call or text us as soon as possible in replacement of just not showing.
