We will be transitioning to a new online booking system for all grooming appointments. This system will make it easier for you to manage your bookings at your convenience.
* All existing appointments will be entered into the new system
* You will receive a notification once your appointments have been updated
* A customer portal will be available, allowing you to view and change upcoming appointments, and add additional services
To assist with the transition we kindly ask that if you are an exiting client, please take a moment to create an account in our portal and add your dogs in. Once your account is created we can transfer in your pre-scheduled appointments.

Price Adjustment – Effective June 1st
As of June 1st, there will be a price increase across all grooming services. This adjustment reflects the rising costs of operating and aligns our pricing with current industry standards.
We understand that this change may not fit every budget, and we kindly ask that you let us know if you wish to cancel or adjust any upcoming appointments.
Retail Changes
Over the coming months, we will be phasing out some of our retail products due to a significant decline in sales. Moving forward, our primary focus will be on providing high-quality grooming services.
We truly appreciate your continued support and understanding as we make these changes to better serve you and your pets.
