🐾 A Reminder About Grooming Appointments 🐾

We’ve unfortunately had an increase in confirmed grooming appointments becoming no-shows.

Our clients receive appointment reminders, and many of these missed appointments were confirmed.

We are currently booking into October, with a long cancellation list of clients waiting to get in for a earlier appt. Just even a little notice, we could offer that appointment to someone else.

Please remember, our groomers work on commission. A no-show means lost income and an appointment that could have been filled.

As much as we love your dogs, our time is important too. ❤️🐾

Going forward, no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment before rebooking, and repeated no-shows may mean we are no longer able to accommodate future grooming appointments.

We appreciate your understanding and, most of all, your respect for our time. 🤍

If you haven’t prebooked your puppy in for a spa day please do so asap as we are booking into the third week of September. We are gracious for all the new clients we’ve gotten but with that our wait times may be a bit longer at times. We will do our best to accommodate you as best we can. Once again thank you so much to the Battleford for supporting my small business for the last 24yrs. Time sure flies when you’re doing something you love.

It’s been a hard month already for my clients and their special pups. As I try to keep up on sharing memories of our furry clients that have cross the rainbow bridge. I’m sad to post that Kingston’s family had to say their farewells to him. We will definitely miss seeing him for his spa days. He was such a good boy for us to groom and we enjoyed seeing him and his brother Boe. Sending our love and condolences to Kingstons family as they deal with the loss of their beautiful boy. RIP Kingston

We are changing things a bit with our boarding drop off and pick ups. We want the dogs to get the proper rest they need while they are here so starting sept 1 our times will change. This will give staff a chance to catch up on calls etc. And our guest as chance to relax with no interruptions

We received some sad news today. Gus one of our long time clients has crossed the rainbow bridge. He was a frequent guest here at pleasant view and my dog Shava’s best friend. Gus cried until I let Shava out to play with him. We all loved him so much and will miss his big hugs and snuggles. Love you big guy. Our thoughts go out to Gus’s family.
