We will be closed and not responding to messages/calls from Thursday March 27th until Thursday April 3rd. We are working in the morning on April 2nd (already fully booked) and will catch up on some messages then. There is still availability before those dates but weekend spots are very limited for the both of us.

A note about pick up and drop off times

Please know that although we are flexible and can often accommodate an early drop off or later pick up, these need to be prearranged and agreed upon. Thankfully most of you are very good at asking and we appreciate that. 😊

The reasons for this is limited space and we don’t always work exactly 9-5. Sometimes we have to close early/open late which makes it very difficult for us when a dog hasn’t been picked up on time and we are trying to be on time for our own appointments.

We are asking everyone to please arrive within 30 minutes after your pick up time/call/text and no more than 10 minutes early for your drop off and/or pick up time. Please also wait for our call or text if we say we will then we will so don't come before notified. If you are unable to do this make sure we can accommodate you as we are set up as a grooming shop not a doggy daycare.🐶🐶🐶

***if you are more than 15-20 minutes late for your appointment you will be deemed a no show, please call or message us instead of showing up anyway

With that being said both of us (Amy and Lacey) are very limited on Christmas appointments and our weekend spots are pretty much booked solid. We are currently on vacation. 🙂 We are closed for most of Oct 9- Oct 22. The few spots that we do have during those days are already filled so we will be back Oct 22 for Amy and Oct 23 for Lacey. 🐶😊

Rules for booking if you are a new client (with lacey)

- NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS (if needs to be muzzled at any point of groom)
- No dogs over the age of 10
- No dogs with major health issues
- regulars only (no one time groomings)
- If you cancel your FIRST appointment twice in a row I will not be re booking you
- If you no show your FIRST appointment once I will not be rebooking you

Note: I have been getting a huge influx of messages and calls lately so these rules are in place to prioritize new clients that will show up for their first appointment. Thank you!
