Lola found a toad! She was smart enough not to try bite it, toads release a chemical through their skin as a defense mechanisn. It's harmless other than causing irritation and extensive foaming of saliva as the dogs mouths tries to flush the toxin away...Our own dogs, however, can't help themselves so we have witnessed this reaction many times. 😁😳
