Drop off your kiddos (or stay!) for Art in the Barn with Bayfield’s artist Robin Ellis! Stroll through Bayfield, have a coffee Shopbike Coffee Roasters, while your children enjoy 90 minutes of painting, visiting our baby Nigerian Dwarf goats, meeting the Newfoundland Ponies, swinging on the tire swing and playing in the hay mow. $35 registration in advance or $45 at the barn door. Some of The JMR Collections are donated Feed bags from Poppy's Haven
I recently attended a special event of Line Dancing there. We tried some new dance moves and had many laughs in this beautiful scenic Ontario Horse Farm. We were also able to watch the rare Newfoundland Ponies. Thanks Vanessa and Norma for a lovely evening.

For our farm visitors, Mill Road is closed at Bannockburn. Going west to east down Mill you can still access Poppy’s Haven, however coming from Brucefield/Clinton you will need to reroute as the bridge is now closed until the fall.

This does mean that our farm is wonderfully tranquil and quiet. There is no traffic, so Wednesday yoga under the willow is more peaceful than ever. Namaste 🙏🏿 🧘‍♀️

We are hiring! The ponies need some help on the farm. The ideal candidate is reliable, can commit to 12-15 hours per week (potential for more hours), does not shy away from farm work, is able to lift hay bales (40 pounds), and is comfortable around horses. Message us for more details!
