The tale of Rocky the rescue dog

Rocky the rescue dog lived in a cage for 7 years, used in a mass breeding facility. Of course the little nugget has some posture issues and not a lot of power in his hind legs for jumping so I asked my husband Phil (carpenter extraordinaire) to please build him stairs. Then he built him a dog bowl stand- customized because I like the dish I have for Rocky and don’t want to use those boring metal ones. Now we are on a mission to help small dogs and elderly pups or cats who need a little assistance getting up on furniture. Rocky has two rescue buddies now and considers himself a role model and King of the house for all the foster dogs that pass though.
