As the long weekend approaches, we wanted to let everyone about a new system we are implementing into our hospital. We understand how scary and challenging it can be when you are away from your animals and they experience an emergency while in the care of a pet sitter/house-sitter/boarding facility. Communicating with the veterinary team is sometimes not possible if you are on route or out of service.

We are now offering the ability to pre-fill out of a form which can be dropped off at our hospital. The "Absent Owner Form" allows you to fill out relevant information regarding who can make medical decisions, specifics of travel and contact, wishes if the animal needs to be hospitalized, budget for care, credit card information, and insurance information.
