Happy 16th anniversary to Westies In Need (WiN)!! Thank you, thank you, thank you to Corrie and all the volunteers who make the rescues possible. In August 2012 Corrie brought my sweet girl Emi-Lou (then Sparky) in to my life. Taken from a breeding situation she became part of the family and never looked back. Emi is now 16 and loving life, her favourite thing to do is rolling and snowplowing in fresh snow, and following me everywhere, making sure she gets cuddles often. She has recently learned how to play which I never thought she would do, and she frequently instigates wrestling with her two brothers-it’s adorable and makes my heart so happy. I am grateful for every day with her and am regularly amazed at how young she stays. Rescue one till there are none!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
