💕 Crosby has such a lovable personality. He’s friendly and gentle. If he was a person, we would call him soft-spoken. He’s just there, not over-powering and loves to be with people.

We here at CandyvillePups are excited to bring in Crosby’s brown Merle and white tuxedo colouring to our chocolate sweetheart Cindy-Lou for our first Cockapoo litter.

💕 Over the years, we have had different inquiries about hypoallergenic pups. We were especially touched by Vansh and his family.
Vansch was a very well mannered, respectful 12 year old boy with a good understanding of the responsibilities of raising and training a puppy. He was committed, and excited, and we were blessed to see his joy in taking Leo home.
It quickly became clear that this joy was going to be short lived.
Vansh’s eyes were red, itchy and his nose was running. He developed a persistent cough, and we knew Leo had to come back.
Our hearts hurt for Vansh, and his deep disappointment has not been forgotten.
Starting something “new to us” is not done on a whim. In the course of a few years, we have researched the cross, have spoken to different reputable poodle cross breeders, and have looked into using a health tested, registered poodle stud with a sound temperament.

Obedience training (sit, down,heel, etc) WILL NOT fix all your training issues

Your dog could have an amazing “heel” or you could spend weeks focused on down/stays, BUT if you never taught your dog the art of doing nothing then they won't be able to relax around triggers

Dog's need to build neutrality around high-distraction areas! Neutrality means that the dog is neither excited nor fearful of the stimuli you are around

Training neutrality is the slow, boring part of dog training that no one wants to talk about.🥱

It doesn't make for cool videos.

But it will change your dog's entire perspective
of the world and their ability to calmly exist in it 🌍

So take your dog and go sit places until they stop pacing and relax next to you. Reward them for working through their busy mind and finally deciding to just chill with you 🧘‍♀️

⛔️ DO NOT let them say hi to every person or dog.
⛔️ DO NOT bring out the toys or get them excited every time you're around triggers.

🪷Just do nothing🪷

If you only focus on obedience training and not neutrality then your obedience training will ironically fall apart every time you get around triggers, so balance both of them.
