After a great deal of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to reduce my grooming schedule slightly in order to create a healthier balance between work, family life, and the responsibilities of our property. My children need more of my time in this season of life, and I’ve realized I need to make some adjustments in order to be more present where I’m needed most.

Moving forward, I will be grooming Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and three Sundays each month. At this time, I will also be limiting new clients unless they are able to commit to a regular 8–10 week grooming schedule.

For current clients, the best way to guarantee your preferred appointment times moving forward will be to pre-book your next appointment at pick-up.

I also want to acknowledge that my response times for messages and calls have not been what I would like them to be lately. I am currently navigating several major life transitions and doing my best to balance many responsibilities at once. I truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding during this transitional period.

I’m unable to book any appointments between February 16, and March 10th.

Yesterday Toby had his first haircut transformation. He was hiding those little terrier vibes underneath all of that scruff. Thanks for being a super cutie and such a good boy! It was hard to give him back to mama.

So who was the first dog groomed in the new shop after the big renovation?
Why it was Cosmo, of course!
 He didn’t realize he was volunteering when we went in there 9 PM the day before reopening. You can see his surprise as he wonders how this happened. 😂💕 I love you Buddy. Thanks for being the goodest boy.

After 22 years of professional grooming and the past 3.5 gromming here in Apsley, I’m beyond excited to finally unveil my fully renovated grooming studio — a space that is truly mine. This studio was designed with comfort, calm, and quality care in mind and has been a long time coming. I couldn’t have done it without the incredible support of my clients over the years.
