Hello everyone,
Just a little update of all that's going on at Bishop Park!!!
1. As most of you all know, we postponed our annual Pork BBQ until September, due to the fires. We did have our annual Bingo booked for Sep 18th, too. However, the committee has decided to postpone both events until October. Updates will be posted and in the Bridgetown Reader when new dates have been selected🍁🍂
2. We said goodbye to our summer student Josh, this week. He did a fabulous job while he was with us, and we wish him all the best on his next adventure❤️
3. For those of you that haven't driven down the 201 this past week, we have some very huge boxes sitting in our parking lot that we can happily confirm is our new playground equipment😁 We are hoping installation will take place in the next month, so keep you eyes peeled👀 for lots of fun updates on how the playground it taking shape and for possible day closures while work is taking place. Safety is always our number 1 priority.
We hope you all have a wonderful first week back to school, and remember to look out for those big Yellow buses🚍 Allow yourself time, so your not in a rush and help to keep our kiddies and community safe❤️
