SHAME ON YOU GREENHAWK!!

I requested and bought an insulated rainsheet at the Royal Winter Fair, you didn’t have the size I requested, so you offered to ship it to me. Upon arrival I received a regular rainsheet. When I looked at the receipt I did only pay for the regular rainsheet but because I bought multiple items I didn’t realize I hadn’t paid for the insulated one. , I called head office and explained the mix up and now you will not honour the Royal price, allow me to pay the difference and pick up the one that was supposed to be bought and paid for in the first place.

Your mistake, and you won’t honour the sale price. So glad there are so many other tack shops that will appreciate my business.
