From sunny play sessions to weekend zoomies, the joy around here has been absolutely contagious. Tails wagging, paws running, and so many happy moments shared between furry friends — it’s what we live for ❤️

The doggos are absolutely living for this beautiful sunny weather ☀️🐾

This weeks has been full of zoomies in the yard to soaking up every golden ray, it’s safe to say these pups are making the most of every moment. There’s just something about sunshine that brings out the happiest tails, the biggest smiles, and all the playful energy we love so much 💛

Days like these remind us how special it is to watch them run, play, and just be dogs… pure joy, pure freedom.

Somehow in all the fun, playtime, and tail wags, we missed posting your special day—but that just means you were too busy living your best life with your crew.

From the tiniest puppy paws to the amazing dog you’ve grown into, it has been such a joy watching you grow up with us. You’ve been part of our Paws and Claws family for so long, and you hold such a special place in all of our hearts.

If there’s one thing we take seriously here at Paws and Claws… it’s FUN 🐾😄

From zoomies to splash sessions, tail wags to play bows — yesterday has been full of happy paws and even happier hearts 💛

Our crew has been living their BEST lives, making friends, burning off energy, and soaking up every second of daycare joy. And honestly… we wouldn’t have it any other way 🐶✨

It’s that time of year again… Kennel cough season 🐾

We’ve had a couple owners reach out to let us know their doggos have started showing some symptoms, so we wanted to gently keep everyone in the loop 💛

We know the name can sound a little scary, but kennel cough is actually very similar to a common cold in humans. It tends to make its way around when pups are social, playing, and spending time together—just like when we catch a cold from being around others.

A few gentle facts to keep in mind:
🐶 It’s a mild illness and most dogs bounce back just fine with a little rest
🐶 That dry, “honking” cough can sound alarming, but it’s often worse than it actually is

Things you may notice if you doggo has kennel cough

🐾 A dry, persistent cough (sometimes sounding like a honk)
🐾 Occasional gagging after coughing
🐾 Slight runny nose or watery eyes
🐾 Otherwise acting like their happy, normal selves

At Paws and Claws, we’re always watching closely, keeping our space clean, and making sure every pup is cared for like our own 💛

Splashing, zoomies, soggy paws and happy tails — the pups made the most of every second! There’s nothing better than watching them cool off, play hard, and just live their best doggy lives ☀️
