A big day for Ivy’s puppies, they have moved out of our spare bedroom and into a larger space which has a nice safe enclosed outdoor space close by. They will free roam in the yard once they all become friends with the adults and have a better recall. Today they enjoyed exploring outdoors with Mama close by who is also teaching them some manners while she plays with them❤️ these red tri girls are looking for their forever home, visits starting this weekend 😍 pls reach out if interested and to set up a visit

Ivy’s puppies are a month old now, they all have their baby shark teeth, are eating well and are very playful but like most babies they eat, play and sleep. They are smart and do their business on one side of the whelping pen. They can see much clearer now and know my voice. I will be reaching out to those on my list this weekend and if anyone is interested pls reach out. The Mom is my quietest Aussie, very loyal and sweet, Dad is very handsome, loyal and loves attention. Full grown weight will be around 43-45 lbs and all will leave with health check, first shots and deworming 3 times and a going away package (blanket with Mom’s scent, toy, some puppy food). This is my last litter unfortunately so them leaving will be a bittersweet goodbye ❤️

Aussie’s imprint on their owners, sometimes one more than the other and it usually happens when they are young which is why it is so important to bond with them as much as possible when they go home with you. I sometime see puppies from previous litters and they still recognize me immediately ❤️ best reward ever is having a velcro aussie who think you are their world 🥳

Ivy’s puppies are 3 weeks old and are starting to get their teeth now. They are walking better and hearing and seeing better as well - barking and growling and howling too ha ha. I will be reaching out to those on my waiting list in week 4 to see if there is still an interest and to arrange for a visit. I like to wait until 5 weeks or so before families come as they will be more solid on their feet and their personalities start coming through. Here is a video of them and I will post pics as well - they are squirmy lol

Ivy had her puppies on May 1st 🥳 She had 4 girls (red tris) and 1 red merle boy. Mama and babies are doing very well, however it wasn’t without complications so this will be our last batch of puppies at the farm 😞 As much as I love the puppy process and being part of their little lives for 8 weeks, what was best for Ivy was priority #1 ❤️

More photos to come as weeks go on ❤️ they are so adorable and we are so thankful all five are here.

Happy 3rd Birthday to Carlie’s pups - a few pics from when they were wee ones - we kept Carla as we had Carlie fixed due to a very hard delivery (emergency c- section) and it was too risky to let her have anymore pups. I have a strong emotional connection with Carlie and wanted to keep one of her babies so we did. Carla has turned out to be the most adventurous of our gang (porcupine quills and skunk sprays 😞) but she has learned from those hard lessons and is more cautious now on walks- she is also a great friend to my granddaughter (all the aussies are). She is the cuddliest and will sleep all night on the bed and she likes to sleep in❤️ Aussies are smart and develop a strong bond with their owners and vice-versa.
