With heavy hearts, we are announcing our retirement from Flower Town Chinchillas as of December 1, 2023.

Hello everyone, we want to thank all of our customers for shopping at Flower Town Chinchillas. It is only through this that allows us to carry the large variety of quality choices for our small furry companions.

2021 saw many dramatic weather related events that affected everyone, some more so than others. This affected most things, from raw products needed to support our pet foods, manufacturing and supply. Most of what we offer has seen price increases over the past several months. As new inventory arrives, it is necessary to adjust our selling prices.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Hi Everyone

Thank you for all your patience regarding the metal pans. We talked to our metal tray maker and unfortunately the installation of their new processing equipment has taken longer to properly have it set up than anticipated.

They have promised that our current order will be ready at the end of the month and will see delivery the 1st week of October the latest. We apologize for the delay, but the matter is out of our control.
