Its a hot one out there! Please recognize the signs of heat stroke in your dogs (and cats). Heat Stroke can quickly become a life threatening emergency. If you think your pet is experiencing heat stroke keep them cool by bringing them into the shade and putting cool (not cold) water on them while contacting your local vet or us at the Animal Emergency Clinic of Durham if it is after hours on a weekend or holiday (905-576-3031).
